  • Custom Engraved Products: Orders are typically processed within 3–7 business days after purchase.

  • Processing times may vary depending on order volume, customization details, or holidays.

  • You will receive a confirmation once your order has been completed and shipped.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
  • We ship via trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx.

  • Estimated delivery times range from 2–7 business days after shipment, depending on your location.

  • Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Shipping Rates
  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on package size, weight, and destination.

  • Any applicable taxes will be calculated in accordance with North Carolina state and local tax regulations.

Local Delivery (Charlotte Area)
  • We offer local hand delivery within a 20-mile radius of Charlotte, NC.

  • Delivery availability and fees (if applicable) will be confirmed at the time of order.

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details and ensuring someone is available to receive the order.

Perishable Items (Food Orders)
  • Due to the perishable nature of charcuterie products, we do not offer shipping for food items at this time.

  • All food orders are available for local delivery or pickup only.

  • Once delivered or picked up, Short Hound Charcuterie is not responsible for improper storage or handling.

Incorrect Shipping Information
  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping and delivery information.

  • We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect addresses.

  • Additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.

Lost or Delayed Packages
  • Once an order has been handed over to the carrier, we are not responsible for shipping delays.

  • If your package is lost or significantly delayed, please contact the shipping carrier directly.

  • We will assist when possible but cannot guarantee replacements for carrier-related issues.

Damaged Items During Shipping
  • If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage and packaging.

  • We will review the issue and determine if a replacement is appropriate.
