Custom Engraved Products
At Short Hound Charcuterie, each of our products is carefully crafted and, in many cases, personalized just for you. Because of the custom nature of our work, we have the following policy in place:
All custom engraved items are final sale and non-refundable. Once an order is created with personalized details (names, dates, logos, etc.), it cannot be returned or refunded.
We take pride in the quality of our products. If your item arrives damaged upon delivery, please contact us. We will gladly review the issue and offer a replacement when appropriate.

Food Purchases
All food purchases are final sale. Due to the perishable nature of food items, no refunds will be issued once an order or booking is confirmed.
Charcuterie Carts & Reservations
A 100% refund is available for cancellations made at least 60 days prior to the scheduled event date.
